SOLDAVI CONCIERGE

Job Summary:

Soldavi Realty is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a concierge. One must be an excellent communicator and possess exceptional customer service skills while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every contact. As a Soldavi Concierge, one’s main responsibility is to build and maintain client relationships. This means contacting customers promptly, scheduling appointments, and overall being the liaison between our company and the client.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Calling, emailing, and texting current and potential clients
  • Scheduling appointments between clients and real estate agents
  • Maintaining a client database & Nurturing client relationships
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Establishing instant rapport while building sustainable relationships
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately

Skills Needed:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must have customer service experience

Hours:

11:00 am -7:30 pm
